The applicant has to be a Resident of India and should be residing long enough in Maharashtra to be able to procure a domicile certificate. Candidates must have completed at least 17 years of age at the time of application. Applicants need to be medically fit and have to submit a certificate to confirm their fitness. All applicants need to have passed their SSC and HSC examination through institutes in Maharashtra. The HSC or equivalent examination should have consisted of physics, biology, English, chemistry as their subjects of study.

A general category candidate has to score no less than 50% of marks in their HSC examination and candidates from special categories can score only 40% marks to be eligible. Physically disabled candidates from general category can apply if their scores are at least 45%.

  1. Hi, I m student of Gujarat board studying in ahmedabad. I want admission in para medical or pharmacy college. So can I give Mhcet exam to get admission in Mumbai based college, or is there any special quota for outsiders. Please help me out.
